                   MOTION TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE

      In accordance with Rule 11.1(c) of the Local Rules of the United States

District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the undersigned respectfully

moves for admission pro hac vice to appear as counsel for defendant Synovus

Trust Company, N.A., in the above-styled case, and states as follows:

      1.     I am a member in good standing of The United States District Court,

Middle District of Georgia, as evidenced by the attached Certificate of Good

Standing;

      2.     I certify that I have successfully completed the Attorney Admission

Tutorial, with confirmation number FLND15899199213365;

      3.     I certify that I have completed the required CM/ECF tutorials; and,

      4.     In accordance with the Local Rules, I will make payment of the $201

pro hac vice fee.

      Wherefore, I respectfully move the Court for an order permitting my

appearance on behalf of defendant Synovus Trust Co., N.A., for all purposes

relating to the proceedings in the above-styled matter, and directing the Clerk to

provide me notice of electronic filings.
