Defendant Truist Bank has not yet been served in this matter and appears
specially only for the purpose of complying with the Court’s Initial Scheduling
Order dated May 18, 2020 (D.E. 16) and without subjecting itself to the
jurisdiction and venue of this Court. Truist Bank expressly reserves any and all
rights, claims, remedies, and defenses it has or may have. Pursuant to Federal Rule
of Civil Procedure 7.1, Truist Bank, by and through its undersigned counsel, states
as follows:
1. Truist Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Truist Financial
Corporation, a publicly held corporation (NYSE: TFC). No other publicly traded
corporation owns 10 percent or more of the stock of defendant Truist Bank.
