 1          This matter coming before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss filed by
 2    specially appearing Defendant Citigroup Inc. (“Citigroup”) and Defendant
 3    Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank,” and together, the “Citi Defendants”) pursuant to Fed.
 4    R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1), 12(b)(6), and, with respect to the claims against Citigroup, Fed.
 5    R. Civ. P. 12(b)(2), it is hereby ordered that the motion is GRANTED. The claims
 6    against the Citi Defendants in Plaintiffs’ Complaint are DISMISSED in their
 7    entirety with prejudice.
