NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE REGARDING INITIAL DISCLOSURES
Defendant Kathryn Petralia (hereinafter, “Defendant Petralia”) hereby files this Notice to
inform the Court that, in accordance with this Court’s Order Governing Proceedings (Dkt. No. 69)
and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1), Defendant Petralia served her Initial Disclosures
upon all counsel of record for Plaintiff United States of America ex rel. Paul Pietschner via
electronic mail on April 28, 2025.
Defendant Petralia’s search for additional documents and information related to her claims
and defenses is not complete and remains ongoing. Defendant Petralia is making a rolling
production of relevant documents and information related to her claims and defenses in this matter.
