IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS SHERMAN DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ex rel. PAUL PIETSCHNER, v. KATHRYN PETRALIA, ROBERT FROHWEIN, and SPENCER ROBINSON. Case No. 4:21-cv-110-SDJ ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ JOINT MOTION TO STAY DISCOVERY Before the Court is Defendants Kathryn Petralia, Robert Frohwein, and Spencer Robinson’s (collectively “Defendants”) Joint Motion to Stay Discovery until after the Court rules on the venue and jurisdictional defenses raised in their individual Motions to Dismiss (Dkt. Nos. 65, 67, 68). Having considered the Motion, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be granted. Defendants’ Joint Motion to Stay Discovery is hereby GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that all discovery and deadlines, other than the exchange of initial mandatory disclosures, are stayed until after the Court decides Defendants’ jurisdictional Motions to Dismiss.
