NOTICE OF FEE APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on November 11, 2024, the Fourth Monthly Fee
Application of Cole Schotz P.C., Delaware Co-Counsel to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession,
for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for the Period from September
1, 2024 through September 30, 2024 (the “Application”) was filed with the United States
Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”). The Application seeks approval of
fees in the amount of $591,631.60 (80% of $739,539.50) and reimbursement of expenses in the
amount of $8,543.18.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections, if any, to the Application are
