The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no
answer, objection, or other responsive pleading to the Fifth Monthly Fee Application of BDO USA
P.C., Tax Accountant to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession, for Allowance of Compensation
and Reimbursement of Expenses for the Period from October 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024
[Docket No. 756] (the “Application”) filed on November 20, 2024. Objections to the Application
were to be filed and served no later than December 11, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern
TIme). The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court’s docket in these cases
and no answer, objection, or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon.
In accordance with the Order (I) Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation
and Reimbursement of Expenses for Retained Professionals and (II) Granting Related Relief
[Docket No. 218], the Debtors are authorized to pay BDO USA P.C. 80% of the fees, or
