 My only real concern is that the proposed transferor is in bankruptcy and the bankruptcy trustee,
 Mr. Amore, is under some pressure to wrap-up loose ends.

 completed. I expect that review found the novation request package of documents was carefully
 assembled pursuant to all directions we received from you.

         It has now been almost a month, and the delay in completing the novation process is
 creating problems given the proposed transferor’s bankruptcy status.

        Is there a convenient time this week, prior to Friday (I am in a trial), when we can talk about
 anything else needed to allow the government’s approval of the novation request?

           I know you have other important matters on your desk. I appreciate you looking into this
 matter.
