BY PLAINTIFF BLUE FLAME MEDICAL LLC
Pursuant to paragraph 18 of the Clerk’s Office General Filing Tips, Alexandria Division,
Plaintiff Blue Flame Medical LLC hereby moves the Court for an order granting its Unopposed
Motion for Leave to Submit a Video File. This motion is made on the grounds set forth in the
accompanying Memorandum in Support of Unopposed Motion for Leave to Submit a Video File.
1. Counsel for Plaintiff has met and conferred with counsel for Defendants Chain
Bridge Bank, N.A., John J. Brough, and David M. Evinger and counsel for Third-
