Robinhood Securities, LLC, by and through their tmdersigned counsel, Friday, Eldredge & Clark,
LLP, and for their Amènded Motion to W ithdraw as Cotmsel ptlrsuant to Local Rule 1.1.1(3)(A),

1. Under the United States District Cotut Eastem District of Arkansas, Case No. 4:21-
cv-93-DPM , tmdersigned cotmsel, Elizabeth Robben M ttrray and Kevin A. Crass, were
retaindd to act as local cotmsel for the 1aw 5r1)1 Cravath, Swaine & M oore LLP.
2. On April 13, 2021, the Arkansas case was transfen'ed to the above-captioned M DL
based in the Southern District of Florida.
3. As this case is no longer in the District of Arkansas, tmdersigned counsel is no longer
local cotmsel and should be rem oved f'rom the Court's service list.
4. Attorneys from the 1aw 51411 of Cravath, Swaine & M oore LLP continue to be cotm sel
for Defendants Robinhood M arkets, Inc., Robinhood Financial, LLC, and Robinhood
