[PROPOSED] ORDER

Before the Court is a motion to withdraw the appearance of Attorney Megan D. Browder,
counsel for Defendants Chain Bridge Bank, N.A., John J. Brough, and David M. Evinger.  Ms.
Browder is leaving the firm Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber, LLP, and her
co-counsel at the firm will continue to represent Defendants, who have been informed of her
motion for withdrawal.

Finding good cause, the Court ORDERS that Attorney Browder’s appearance in this matter
be withdrawn.
