JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, Local Rule 56, and this Court’s orders dated
September 24, 2020 (Dkt. 37) and April 15, 2021 (Dkt. 97), Third-Party Defendant JPMorgan
Chase Bank, N.A. (“JPMC”) respectfully moves this Court for summary judgment against all
three claims asserted by Third-Party Plaintiff Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. in its third-party
complaint.
The grounds for this motion are set forth in the accompanying Memorandum in Support
of Motion for Summary Judgment and the exhibits thereto. As required by this Court’s order
dated September 24, 2020 (Dkt. 37) and Local Civil Rule 7(E), counsel for JPMC and Chain

Bridge met and conferred by telephone on May 3, 2021 regarding this motion, but were unable to
narrow the areas of disagreement.
