ORDER
Before the Court is defendants' Motion to Dismiss, which has been noticed for a hearing
on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. ISee Dkt. No. 20]. In accordance with Eastern
District of Virginia General Order 2020-16, it is hereby
ORDERED that the hearing on defendants' Motion to Dismiss will be conducted
telephonically on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 9:45 a.m. To join the tele-conference, the
