ORDER AUTHORIZING APPLICATION TO EMPLOY
ATTORNEY FOR THE TRUSTEE

On a day prior came the Chapter 7 Trustee, Aaron C. Amore, with an application for
authority to employ counsel to appear and represent the Trustee in the above
referenced case in preparing pleadings and attending hearings, if any; file suit to
collect amounts owed to the Debtor; to recover assets and pursue claims on behalf of
the Estate; to seek Bankruptcy Court approval to liquidate assets of Debtor; and any
and all other matters which may arise in connection with the administration of this
case.
The court has reviewed said application and notice has been given to parties
in interest and no objections have been filed thereto, and further that it appears
that the said firm represents no adverse interest to the Debtor’s bankruptcy estate,
is duly qualified to perform the duties of counsel, and that such employment is in
the best interest of the bankruptcy estate, and that this case is one in which it is
justified to seek and obtain the services of counsel, it is hereby
