ORDER AUTHORIZING TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO SHORTEN TIME

On a prior day came Aaron C. Amore, Trustee and moved the Court to shorten the
time within which the Debtor’s creditors or any party are to respond to the Trustee’s
Application to Employ Accountant Kelly T. Smith  The Trustee previously filed an
application to employ the firm of Smith, Elliot, Kearns & Company, LLC but now moves to
specifically employ Kelly T. Smith, CPA, CGMA, MBA, a member of said firm, for the
purposes of conducting a financial audit of corporate entities involved in this case.  It is
accordingly,
ORDERED that the time within which the creditors and parties in interest have to
respond to the Application to Employ Accountant Kelly T. Smith is reduced to ten (10) days.
