Chapter 7 MOTION TO SHORTEN TIME ON APPLICTION TO EMPLOY ACCOUNTANT KELLY T. SMITH Now comes Aaron C. Amore, the duly appointed Trustee of the above-name Debtor and moves the Court to shorten the length of time within which the Debtor’s creditors or any party are to respond to the Application to Employ Accountant Kelly T. Smith simultaneously filed with the Court. The Trustee requires the timely assistance of an Accountant with expertise in auditing for the proper administration of the bankruptcy estate. WHEREFORE, the Trustee prays that the time within which the Debtor’s creditors or any party are to respond to the Application to Employ Accountant Kelly T. Smith be shortened to ten (10) days.
