DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS
In accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), Defendants Chain Bridge
Bank, N.A., John J. Brough, and David M. Evinger move to dismiss Plaintiff Blue Flame Medical
LLC’s Complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.  In accordance with
this Court’s Local Civil Rule 7(F)(1), Defendants set forth the authority supporting their motion
in the accompanying memorandum.
