[PROPOSED] ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINES
Upon consideration of the Parties’ Joint Motion for an Extension of Deadlines, it is
hereby:
ORDERED that the Parties’ Motion is GRANTED; and it is further
ORDERED that Defendants’ time within which to answer, move to dismiss, or otherwise
respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint is extended by 14 days, to and including July 20, 2020; and it is
further
ORDERED that in the event Defendants file a motion to dismiss, Plaintiff’s time within
which to oppose the motion to dismiss is extended by 14 days, to and including August 17, 2020.
If the Defendants do not file a motion to dismiss, this provision of this Order shall have no effect.
