The profile

Willkie Farr & Gallagher partner; counsel for claimant OTO Analytics (Womply) in the JAMS arbitration against Benworth.

Identity and role

Stuart R. Lombardi is a Willkie Farr & Gallagher partner (Willkie profile) who was part of the team for claimant OTO Analytics/Womply in the Womply/Benworth JAMS arbitration (Willkie release; the award summary we have does not list counsel). Willkie's public recognition materials describe the Womply arbitration team as led by partners Alexander Cheney and Stuart Lombardi.

Pandemic-relief / PPP-EIDL role

Womply's relationship with Benworth arose from PPP lender-service-provider agreements and lender processing fees. The JAMS arbitration produced a corrected final award of roughly $117.9 million to Womply and denied Benworth's counterclaims except one concerning loan-file and platform access (see the Benworth profile for the award's terms).

Their own relief

No personal PPP loan, enforcement action, or government-aid issue was found.

Where they are now (2025–2026)

Willkie lists Lombardi as a partner in its Litigation Department. His Willkie biography focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, private-equity disputes, antitrust litigation and counseling, and complex business disputes. Willkie later profiled him as a 2025 Law360 Rising Star in bankruptcy .

Lombardi co-led the Willkie team with Alexander L. Cheney. Benworth was the respondent in the JAMS arbitration; its co-owners were Bernardo Navarro and Claudia Navarro. Jorge L. Piedra of Kozyak Tropin represented Benworth in the N.D. Cal. petition to vacate.
