Sean Rahilly is Enova International's General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Enova's leadership page says he joined the company in 2013 and currently serves in both legal and compliance roles.

Enova's leadership page places him at First American Bank in compliance roles before Enova and lists DePaul University degrees.
Pandemic-relief / PPP-EIDL role
Rahilly is not a March 2020 letter signatory. Enova announced the OnDeck acquisition in July 2020 and closed it on October 13, 2020 (Enova releases), after OnDeck had organized the fintech relief letter and worked with Celtic Bank on PPP (see the OnDeck profile). Rahilly's role is therefore company-side legal/compliance context for the acquiring platform, not direct SBA program administration.
No separate personal or company-side PPP/EIDL loan, SVOG grant, Provider Relief Fund payment, or other own-relief receipt is identified for Sean Rahilly.
