Enova's leadership page says he worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP before joining OnDeck and holds degrees from the University of Georgia and Duke.

Kampfer did not sign the March 24, 2020 OnDeck letter; Noah Breslow signed it as CEO (archived letter text).
