Biography

The Federal Judicial Center capture identifies Rochon as born in 1970 in St. Clair, Michigan. She received an A.B. from the University of Michigan in 1992 and a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1997. Before joining the bench, she clerked for Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, practiced privately in New York, and served as General Counsel of Girl Scouts of the United States of America from 2013 to 2022. President Biden nominated her on December 15, 2021; she was confirmed May 18, 2022 and received her commission June 13, 2022 (FJC).
