I am writing in regards to Don Cisternino. When my name came up
as one that he used to defraud the government during one of the
greatest calamities in our history I wasn’t surprised. I was
actually glad to see that he had finally been held accountable. I
am writing because I hope when considering his sentencing you will
be better informed as to who this man is. This is not his first
offense and it won‘’t be his last. He is a liar, a manipulator, a

thief, and though I am not a doctor he seems to be a textbook
sociopath.

When I first met him he had used his father’s money to worm his
way into the agency that represents me. He lied about his standing
aS a licensed talent agent. He lied, perhaps most disgustingly of
all, about being a 911 first responder and took it even further by
claiming he was a combat veteran who Signed up for service the
next day. He promised to put me up in an apartment so I could
focus on my craft. He even took me to see it. Of course after I
told my landlord I was moving and bought thousands worth: of
furniture with what little money I had at the time this apartment
never happened. Don promised to help my screenwriting by funding
and producing my projects. He would invite mé:4to parties to meet
with producers only to find out I was going to”a party for one of
his pyramid schemes to listen to a pitch. When I informed my agent
about this he didn't want to listen and it caused turmoil. DOn was
lying to him about me and it left me eventually for a time with no
representation. He cost me money. He cost me an-dagént who gave me
my Start in this business. He cost me a i0t, and“then he had the
audacity to use my name to steal millions from the government. Don
Cisternino is the definition of scoundrel. I am certain I have
left out a lot because there was A LOT. If he isn’t in prison
someone’s future is at stake. Someone’s professional and financial
future is in jeopardy. He is a predator. He has no conscience.
Consider me a lack of character witness. You may also’ feel free,
should my words hold any weight with you, that I wrote this.
