DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF 
UNITED STATES' MOTION FOR FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORFEITURE 
I, Beverly Williams, Paralegal Specialist with the Asset Recovery Division of 
the United States Attorney's Office, make the following Declaration in lieu of affidavit, 
as permitted by 28 U.S.C. § 1746. I am aware that this Declaration will be filed with 
the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and that it is the 
legal equivalent of a statement under oath. Accordingly, I do declare under penalty 
of perjury as follows:

This Declaration is executed by me in support of the United States' 
Motion for Final Judgment of Forfeiture. 
2. 
I am a Paralegal Specialist with the Asset Recovery Division of the 
United States Attorney's Office. I have been employed with the United States 
Attorney's Office for over 44 years and as a Paralegal Specialist with the Asset 
Recovery Division, Asset Forfeiture section, for over 33 years. As part of my duties 
as the Asset Forfeiture Paralegal Specialist, I routinely send notice of forfeiture 
actions by FedEx and regular mail to interested third parties in order to provide them 
with notice of both civil and criminal forfeiture actions.

On December 23, 2022, I sent written notice of this forfeiture action to 
Victor Cisternino, via FedEx and regular mail. Exhibit 2. On December 30, 2022, 
Victor Cisternino acknowledged that he received notice of this forfeiture action. 
Exhibit 3. The notice sent by first class mail was not returned and there is no 
indication that the mail was not received .

On December 23, 2022, I sent written notice of this forfeiture action to 
Mary Jo Cisternino, via FedEx and regular mail. Exhibit 4. 
On December 30, 
2022, Mary Cisternino acknowledged that she received notice of this forfeiture 
action. Exhibit 5. The notice sent by first class mail was not returned and there is 
no indication that the mail was not received.

On December 23, 2022, I sent written notice of this forfeiture action to 
Denise Pieck, via FedEx and regular mail. Exhibit 6. The notice sent via FedEx 
was delivered on December 28, 2022. Exhibit 7. The notice sent by first class mail 
was not returned and there is no indication that the mail was not received.

Keith Pieck, via FedEx and regular mail. Exhibit 8. The notice sent via FedEx was
