NOTICE TO THE COURT REGARDING FORFEITURE 
 
 
On November 3, 2022, the Court entered a $7,210,000 Order of Forfeiture, and a 
Preliminary Order of Forfeiture for the defendant’s interest in $1,071,923.98 seized from 
five financial accounts, in partial satisfaction of his Order of Forfeiture. Doc. 37. 
Subsequently, the Court entered a Final Judgment of Forfeiture for the funds. Doc. 50.  
In a related civil forfeiture action, the Court also entered a Judgment of Forfeiture for the 
defendant’s interest in a piece of property he purchased with funds obtained from his 
fraud scheme.1  
 
On March 1, 2023, the United States Attorney requested authorization from the 
Attorney General’s designee to transfer $4,622,843.20 in net proceeds obtained from 
the criminal and civil forfeitures to the Clerk of the Court to be disbursed to victim 
pursuant to the restitution order. 
On May 15, 2023, the request to transfer the forfeiture funds to the Clerk was 
approved. Accordingly, the Secretary of the Treasury made the transfers.

Thus far, the United States has obtained approximately $4,622,843.20 in net 
proceeds from the liquidation of forfeited assets.  Therefore, the balance on the 
defendant’s Order of Forfeiture is now $2,587,156.80.
