ORDER 
 
This matter having come before the Court on request for modification of conditions 
of release by defendant Adrienne Ponzo (Troy A. Archie, Esq., appearing), and the Court 
having considered the request from defendant Adrienne Ponzo and the positions of the 
United States of America (Philip R. Sellinger, United States Attorney, by Daniel A. Friedman, 
Assistant U.S. Attorney appearing), and U.S. Pretrial Services by Acheme Amali, U.S. Pre-
Trial NJ on February 29, 2024; 
IT IS, on this 29th day of February 2024, ORDERED that Adrienne Ponzo’s 
Conditions of Release will be Amended to allow travel to Atlanta, Georgia (during a time 
frame worked out with U.S. Pretrial Services) to resolve outstanding issues with her 
personal property held in a storage unit, and to Texas between March 11, 2024, and March 
15, 2024, to spend spring break with her daughter.  The above travel request will only be 
allowed upon sufficient proof of itinerary/flight information to U.S. Pretrial Services.  All 
other travel requests are DENIED; and it is further 
It is further ORDERED that the remaining conditions of release imposed on July 24, 
2023, are continued and remain in effect.
