ORDER 
 
This matter having come before the Court on a bail review motion by 
defendant Adrienne Ponzo (Troy A. Archie, Esq., appearing), and the Court having 
heard argument from defendant Adrienne Ponzo and the United States of America 
(Philip R. Sellinger, United States Attorney, by Daniel A. Friedman, Assistant U.S. 
Attorney appearing), on October 17, 2023; 
IT IS, on this  17th day of October 2023, 
 
ORDERED that the conditions of release imposed on July 24, 2023, are 
continued and remain in effect; and it is further 
ORDERED that no later than October 20, 2023, defendant Adrienne Ponzo 
shall provide to U.S. Pretrial Services an updated list of prescription medications 
she is currently taking that have been prescribed for her by a licensed medical 
practitioner; and it is further 
ORDERED that no later than October 20, 2023, defendant Adrienne Ponzo 
shall provide to U.S. Pretrial Services written proof of a prescription for Adderall 
that has been prescribed to her by a licensed medical practitioner; and it is further

ORDERED that no later than November 16, 2023, defendant Adrienne 
Ponzo shall provide to U.S. Pretrial Services written verification that she has 
addressed any outstanding local warrants.
