ORDER 
 
 
This matter having come before the Court upon the application of Defendant Adrienne 
Ponzo, through counsel, for an Order extending her voluntary self-surrender date and permitting 
limited out-of-state travel prior to surrender; and the Court having considered the submission and 
for good cause shown; 
 
IT IS on this ___ day of April, 2026, 
 
ORDERED that Defendant Adrienne Ponzo’s voluntary self-surrender date is hereby 
extended to June 1, 2026, and she shall self-surrender to the designated Bureau of Prisons facility 
on or before 12:00 noon on June 1, 2026; and it is further 
 
ORDERED that Defendant is granted permission to travel out of state, subject to 
approval and supervision by the United States Probation Office, for the limited purpose of 
attending her daughter’s graduation in League City, Texas, during the period of May 19, 2026 
through May 21, 2026; and it is further 
 
ORDERED that, except as expressly modified herein, all previously imposed conditions 
of release shall remain in full force and effect.
