Criminal Case No. 20-CR-074-MSM MOTION TO CONTINUE MOTION FOR COMPASSIONATE RELEASE Now comes the Defendant, David Staveley, and moves that the Court will continue the hearing date in the Motion styled as a Motion for Compassionate Release, essentially a motion for bail, for an additional fifteen days to allow Counsel to further prepare. Counsel is awaiting medical records and contact with potential witnesses to addresses the merits of the motion.
