1 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF RHODE ISLAND MOTION TO CONTINUE MOTION FOR COMPASSIONATE RELEASE Now comes the Defendant, David Staveley, and moves that the Court will continue the hearing date in the Motion styled as a Motion for Compassionate Release, essentially a motion for bail, for an additional two weeks to allow Counsel to further prepare.
