UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF RHODE ISLAND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA : : v. : Criminal No. 1:20-cr-00074-MSM-LDA-1 : DAVID STAVELEY : MOTION TO SEAL Now comes the defendant, David Staveley, by and through counsel, and moves to seal certain documents pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P 49.1 and local rule 102. Specifically, the defendant requests the Court seal documents filed under docket items 33 and 34. These are the defendant’s motion to compassionate release and the government’s response. As grounds for this motion, the defendant states that the documents contain extremely personal and otherwise sensitive health information about the defendant. WHEREFORE, the defendant requests the Court seal the documents.
