ORDER MODIFYING CONDITIONS OF RELEASE 
 
 
On March 16, 2024, defendant Daisha Sanders filed a Motion to Modify Conditions of 
Pre-Trial Release (Doc. #88).  Defendant Daisha Sanders requests that her conditions of release 
be amended to permit her to travel from her home in Texas to the Western District of Missouri, not 
only for court appearances and attorney meetings, but whenever she obtains the prior approval of 
the Pretrial Services Office.  The Court has been advised that the defendant’s Pretrial Services 
officer and government counsel have no objection to the defendant’s request.  Based on the 
information presented in the motion, the undersigned finds it appropriate to amend the defendant’s 
conditions of release.  
 
Given the foregoing, it is 
 
ORDERED that defendant Daisha Sanders’s Motion to Modify Conditions of Pre-Trial 
Release (Doc. #88) is granted.  Paragraph 7(f) of the Order Setting Conditions of Release (Doc. 
#26) is amended to now state:

The defendant must: 
 
 
(f) 
abide by the following restrictions on personal association, 
residence, or travel:  Eastern & Northern District of Texas and directly to and from

the Western District of Missouri for court or consultation with your counsel or as 
otherwise pre-approved by Pretrial Services.  
 
It is further 
 
ORDERED that all other conditions of the Order Setting Conditions of Release (Doc. #26) 
remain in effect.
