NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO CONFIRM ARBITRATION AWARD 
TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD: 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as 
it may be heard), in Courtroom 10 of the Northern District of California, located at 450 Golden 
Gate Ave., San Francisco, CA 94102, Petitioner Oto Analytics, LLC will, and hereby does, 
petition the Court for an Order confirming the Final Award, dated June 26, 2024, in the JAMS 
arbitration captioned Oto Analytics, Inc. d/b/a Womply v. Benworth Capital Partners LLC, JAMS 
Ref. No. 1210038203.  Pursuant to section 6 of the Federal Arbitration Act, the Petition will be 
heard as a motion.  (9 U.S.C. § 6.)   
This Notice of Hearing is based on the Petition brought pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 9; the 
Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award and for Entry of Judgment; the Declaration of Alexander 
L. Cheney in Support of Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award and for Entry of Judgment (filed 
on July 1, 2024 and served on Respondent on July 5, 2024; Dkt. Nos. 1 and 15); and such other 
argument and evidence as may be presented at or prior to the hearing.  However, Petitioner Oto 
Analytics, LLC does not believe that a Hearing is necessary because this Court is fully capable 
of issuing judgment on the papers, but respectfully leaves that decision to this Court’s discretion.
