Dear Judge Gallagher: We write on behalf of plaintiffs concerning plaintiffs’ request for a 45 day extension to certain deadlines set forth in the Court’s April 17, 2024 Scheduling Order. See ECF Nos. 151 and 151-1. Earlier today, it was announced that the 2025 Maccabiah Games scheduled to take place in Israel in July have been cancelled as a result of the Iran – Israel war and postponed until 2026.
