Leave to File Joint Appendix in Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment Under 
Seal (ECF No. 162), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion (ECF No. 162) is GRANTED, 
and Plaintiffs’ Joint Appendix in Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment shall 
be filed UNDER SEAL.  
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall file redacted versions of the sealed 
documents on the public docket unless the redactions would be so extensive as to render the 
document unreadable.
