AND NOW, this 16th day of May, 2023, upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Proposed 
Jurisdictional Discovery Plan (ECF No. 61) and Defendants Prestamos CDFI, LLC (“Prestamos”) 
and Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc.’s (“CPLC”) Response to Plaintiffs’ Proposed Jurisdictional 
Discovery Plan (ECF No. 64), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall confer and 
submit a joint proposed jurisdictional discovery plan on or before May 19, 2023.1

1 On March 30, 2023, the Court issued an order granting in part and denying in part Defendants’ 
Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Complaint.  See ECF No. 57.  With respect to 
the limited discovery Plaintiffs seek on the issue of Defendant CPLC’s relationship with 
Defendant Prestamos for purposes of establishing personal jurisdiction, Plaintiffs were directed 
to file a proposed discovery plan within twenty-one (21) days of the Court’s order.  On April 20, 
2023, Plaintiffs filed a Proposed Jurisdictional Discovery Plan.  See ECF No. 61.  Defendants 
filed their response to Plaintiff’s proposed plan on May 4, 2023.  See ECF No. 64.  The parties 
are now directed to confer and submit a joint proposed jurisdictional discovery plan on or before 
May 19, 2023.
