COMES NOW, Codie P. Blankenship, United States Probation Officer, presenting an official 
report upon the conduct of the defendant, Malik Breckenridge, who was released on pretrial 
supervision by the Honorable Omar J. Aboulhosn, United States Magistrate Judge in the Southern 
District of West Virginia on May 4, 2022.  
Respectfully presenting petition for action of Court and for cause as follows:

Violation of Additional Conditions of Release Number 7(m): The 
defendant must not use or unlawfully possess a narcotic drug or other 
controlled substances defined in 21 U.S.C. § 802, unless prescribed by 
a licensed medical practitioner: 
On May 4, 2022, the defendant submitted a urine specimen that tested 
positive for marijuana, oxycodone, and oxymorphone. On the same date, 
the defendant admitted to using marijuana on April 28, 2022, and 
consuming a Percocet tablet on May 3, 2022. 
On May 12, 2022, the defendant submitted a urine specimen that tested 
positive for marijuana. 
On August 17, 2022, the defendant submitted a urine specimen that tested
