ORDER 
 
 
The Court has reviewed the Defendant’s Motion to Extend Surrender Date (Document 459).  
Therein, the Defendant seeks to extend her self-surrender date by 45 days due to medical complications 
that will require time for physicians to diagnose and develop a treatment plan after receiving the 
Defendant’s test results.  After careful consideration, the Court ORDERS that the Motion be GRANTED 
for a period of twenty (20) days, and that the Defendant self-surrender to the institution designated by the 
Bureau of Prisons no later than March 30, 2026.  To the extent the Defendant seeks an extension of forty-
five (45) days, the Court ORDERS that the motion be DENIED.   
The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to send a copy of this Order to the Defendant and counsel, to the 
United States Attorney, to the United States Probation Office, and to the Office of the United States 
Marshal.
