​hereby​​appeals​​to​​the​​United​​States​​Court​​of​​Appeals​​for​​the​​Fourth​​Circuit​​from​​the​​final​
​judgment​​as​​contained​​in​​the​​Judgment​​in​​Criminal​​Case​​entered​​on​​January​​20,​​2026​​(ECF​
​437).​
​Undersigned​ ​counsel​ ​is​ ​not​ ​admitted​ ​to​ ​practice​ ​before​ ​the​ ​4th​ ​Circuit​ ​Court​ ​of​
​Appeals​​and​​does​​not​​practice​​appellate​​law.​​Further,​​although​​the​​Defendant​​is​​currently​
​released​ ​on​ ​bond,​ ​she​ ​will​ ​very​ ​soon​ ​be​ ​incarcerated​ ​upon​ ​notice​ ​of​ ​her​ ​prison​
​designation​ ​and​ ​she​ ​is​ ​without​ ​funds​ ​to​ ​afford​ ​counsel​ ​to​​pursue​​an​​appeal.​​Wherefore,​
​the​ ​Defendant​ ​asks​ ​the​ ​Court​ ​to​ ​appoint​ ​new​ ​counsel​​for​​him​​upon​​her​​filing​​of​​a​​Court​
​approved financial affidavit.​
