ORDER 
 
 
Upon review of the judgment orders in this matter, the Court observes some discrepancy 
in the restitution orders that may impact the appropriate recipient of certain payments.  These 
issues will not alter the total restitution owed by any Defendant, nor will it impact the payment 
schedules imposed as to any Defendant.  William Powell was ordered to pay $15,625, with a 
designated payee of Benworth Capital, joint and several with Kisha Sutton.  Kisha Sutton was 
ordered to pay $18,736.30 as to the Powell loan (with $15,625 owed jointly and severally with Mr. 
Powell), with a designated payee of the Small Business Administration (SBA).  Shamiese Wright 
was ordered to pay a total of $18,736.73, with a designated payee of Benworth Capital as to 
$15,625, and a designated payee of the SBA as to the remaining $3,111.73 (consisting of a $2,500 
processing fee and $611.73 in loan interest).  As to Ms. Wright’s loan, Kisha Sutton was ordered

to pay $16,235.73 jointly and severally with Ms. Wright to Benworth Capital (reflecting the loan 
principal and loan interest) and $2,500 to the SBA.   
 
After careful consideration, the Court ORDERS that counsel for the United States file a 
response, no later than July 2, 2026, detailing the appropriate restitution payees and designated 
payment amounts as to each Defendant in this matter.  Any response by any Defendant may be 
filed within 7 days thereafter.   
The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to send a copy of this Order to the Defendants and their 
respective counsel, to the United States Attorney, to the United States Probation Office, and to the 
Office of the United States Marshal.
