Criminal No. 2:23-CR-00112 IMEESHA BRADLEY MOTION TO RESCHEDULE SENTENCING Comes now the defendant, Imeesha Bradley, by Assistant Federal Public Defender Emily L. Szopinski, and respectfully requests this Honorable Court to reschedule the sentencing hearing currently set for January 9, 2024. In support of this motion, counsel respectfully represents: 1. By Order entered on October 17, 2023, the sentencing in the above-styled matter was rescheduled to January 9, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. before Senior United States District Court Judge David A. Faber in Charleston. Dkt. No. 25. 2. Undersigned counsel is currently scheduled to be in trial before United States District Court Judge Frank W. Volk from January 9, 2024 through January 10, 2024. 3. Assistant United States Attorney Francesca Rollo is also scheduled to be in trial before Judge Volk from January 9, 2024 through January 10, 2024. 4. Undersigned counsel is authorized to state that the Government does not oppose the relief sought in this motion.
