ORDER 
 
Movant Harrescia Hopkins submitted a pro se Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 
to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody.  [Docs. 44, 
46].  In its response in opposition to the Motion, the Government relies on statements 
made by Hopkins’s attorney at the sentencing hearing.  See, e.g., [Doc. 60 at 11–12].  
However, as the Government acknowledges, the transcript of the sentencing hearing 
has not been filed on the docket.  See [id. at 5 n.1].  So that the Court may evaluate 
Hopkins’s and the Government’s arguments, the Government is hereby ORDERED 
to file the sentencing transcript within 14 days of the date of this Order.
