1.: Violation of Special Condition: Shall make Restitution Payments in the Amount 
of $250 Monthly: The person under supervision did fail to make a restitution 
payment in June 2024, July 2024, August 2024, September 2024, October 2024, 
November 2024, December 2024, January 2025, and February 2025. 
Ms. Hopkins was court ordered to make payments in the amount of $250 monthly. 
Ms. Hopkins made a $20,099.72 payment via the Treasury Offset Program applied 
towards restitution in May 2024. Ms. Hopkins has failed to make any additional 
payments since. Ms. Hopkins has recently finalized a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in the 
Northern District of Georgia. Ms. Hopkins has reported she is unable to make the 
court ordered payment of $250. Ms. Hopkins has signed a waiver to agree to modify 
her payment amount to $50 monthly to the U.S . Clerk of Court. The person under 
supervision is $2,250 in arrears but this officer does not believe the arrearage is 
willful.
