IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ) ) Plaintiff, ) ) vs. ) CASE NO.: 1:22-cr-00284-SEG-CMS-1 ) HARRESCIA HOPKINS, ) ) Defendant. ) ) UNOPPOSED MOTION TO MODIFY CONDITIONS OF BOND COMES NOW Defendant, HARRESCIA HOPKINS, by and through undersigned counsel, and hereby respectfully moves this Court to modify her bond conditions so that she may travel to Illinois for work purposes from September 7th, 2022 through September 12, 2022. In support thereof, Defendant shows as follows: 1. Pursuant to the conditions of her bond, Defendant’s travel is restricted to the Northern District of Georgia. 2. Defendant has an upcoming training seminar with her employer in Illinois from September 7th, 2022 through September 12th 2022. Defendant respectfully requests that she be allowed to travel during that time.
