Dear Judge Middlebrooks, 
This letter is to advise the Court of a change in status for Mr. Keough. Although the prior filings, 
which were based on BOP information indicated that he would complete his sentence and be 
released on September 30, 2025, he completed his sentence and was placed on supervised 
release on August 29, 2025. The Notice of Release and Arrival form from BOP is attached 
hereto. In addition, Mr. Keough has successfully passed two drug tests since being placed on 
supervised release. 
It is our understanding that the Court has now received all necessary papers for determination of 
the pending Motion. Your Honor’s time and consideration are greatly appreciated.
