PROPOSED ORDER 
 
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on Defendant’s unopposed motion to Modify 
Condition of Pretrial Release to permit as a part of the condition of home confinement, a curfew 
of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, or as directed by the supervising officer, it is GRANTED. 
   After a detention hearing, the Court denied the United States’ Motion for Detention and 
entered an Order Setting Conditions of Release to Defendant’s brother in-law’s home, including 
home detention and GPS monitoring. DE 26, 28, 29.  
On September 6, 2023, the Defendant posted bond and was released.  The Defendant has 
been on release since that time and has met all conditions of pretrial release.  The assigned U.S. 
Probation Officer voiced no objection to the recommended bond modification, as to curfew. 
Defendant has requested the elimination of Probation’s requirement to provide Probation 
a one-week advance schedule.  In consideration of all the circumstances stated by counsel, the 
maintenance of active GPS monitoring, and the recommended curfew, it is 
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant will remain on home confinement with 
a curfew of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and the removal of Probation required for a one-week advance 
schedule, or as directed by the supervising officer.  All other conditions remain in effect.
