ORDER
Upon the parties’ request, I held a telephone conference on Wednesday April 27, 2022, to
discuss discovery issues in this case.  During the conference call, Plaintiffs argued that they are
entitled to jurisdictional discovery.  Defendants had not yet filed their motion to dismiss the
Amended Complaint, but stated that they would likely do so by the April 29, 2022 deadline.  I
advised that I would review the motion to dismiss after it was filed, and enter an Order
addressing the issue.  
Defendants filed their Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 44) before the deadline.  Based on
the arguments made during the call, and after reviewing the motion, I am not persuaded that
jurisdictional discovery is warranted at this time.  However, Plaintiffs can make additional
arguments for jurisdictional discovery in their response to Defendants’ motion to dismiss, which
I will consider.
