KATHERINE GINZBURG TREISTMAN 
 
Defendants Crossroads Systems, Inc. (“Crossroads”) and Capital Plus Financial, LLC 
(“CPF”) respectfully request pursuant to Local Rule 83.5(d) that the Court permit Katherine 
Ginzburg Treistman to appear pro hac vice in this matter as counsel of record.  In support of this 
request, Crossroads and CPF state as follows:

Ms. Treistman is a partner with the law firm of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP.  
Her office address is 700 Louisiana Street, Suite 4000, Houston, TX 77002.  Ms. Treistman’s

Ms. Treistman is a member of the bar of the State of Texas.  She is also admitted 
to practice before the following federal courts:  the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth 
Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the United States 
District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the 
Northern District of Texas.

Ms. Treistman is a member in good standing of all bars to which she has been 
admitted, and no disciplinary or grievance proceedings have been filed or are currently pending 
against her.

In representing Crossroads and CPF in this matter, Ms. Treistman will be associated 
with undersigned counsel, who are members of the bar of this Court and who maintain an office 
in Arkansas.  Opposing counsel may readily communicate with undersigned counsel regarding the 
conduct of this case.

Ms. Treistman affirms to this Court’s local rules and submits to the jurisdiction of 
this Court in matters of discipline.
