UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME 
 
On December 29, 2021, Plaintiff Eric Greathouse (“Greathouse”) filed the Complaint in 
this putative class action.  Defendants Crossroads Systems, Inc. (“Crossroads”) and Capital Plus 
Financial, LLC (“CPF”) received service of the Complaint on January 3, 2022 and January 4, 2022, 
respectively.   
Crossroads and CPF need additional time to study the allegations in the Complaint and 
prepare an initial responsive pleading.  Accordingly, Crossroads and CPF respectfully move the 
Court for an extension up to and including February 25, 2022 to file an initial responsive pleading.  
Greathouse has no objection to the requested extension. 
Pursuant to Local Rule 7.2(d)(1), no brief accompanies this request for an extension of 
time.
