WHEREAS, on or about June 18, 2024, Anuli Okeke (the "defendant"), was
convicted after a jury trial of Counts One through Four of the above-captioned Indictment,
charging violations of IS U.S.C. §§ 1349, 1343, 1344 and 1956(h); and
WHEREAS, 
the Court has detennined that pursuant to IS U.S.C. §§ 9S2(a)(l)
and 9S2(a)(2), the defendant must forfeit the amount of twenty-four thousand four hundred
twenty-two dollars and zero cents ($24,422.00) (the "Forfeiture Money Judgment"), as: (a)
any property constituting, or derived from, proceeds obtained directly or indirectly as a result
of the defendant's violations of IS U.S.C. §§ 1349, 1343, and 1344; (b) any property, real or
personal, involved in the defendant's violation of IS U.S.C. § 1956(h), or any property
traceable to such property; and/or (c) a substitute asset, pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § S53(p), as
incoiporated by IS U.S.C. § 9S2(b)(I).
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED as follows:
